To address these challenges, we have developed an innovative application called SkillSync, which aims to revolutionize the recruitment industry by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence (AI). Leveraging OpenAI’s GPT-4 model, our application offers recruiters a useful tool for analyzing applicant resumes and identifying the most qualified candidates for a given job.

Our goal was to create a user-friendly, AI-powered recruitment tool that can help recruiters quickly and accurately evaluate resumes and identify the most qualified candidates.
